Digital life OS · private by default · secure beta

A home for your whole life — not another feed.

BlackSpace is where journals, scrapbooks, family rooms, business cards, and shared groups live as objects with permissions — one dashboard, many faces of you.

What BlackSpace is

Think less “website builder,” more digital home builder. You own a universe made of people, groups, spaces, and objects. Content lives once and appears wherever you allow it.

Private

Journal, health, finances, vault — only you (and anyone you explicitly invite).

Family & groups

Co-parenting rooms, camping clubs, birthday portals — shared calendars, photos, and notes.

Public

Blog, portfolio, resume, business card — the face you show the open web.

Three sites. One dashboard.

Eight building blocks

Everything else is combinations of these.

  1. Users — accounts + invite accept/upgrade
  2. Spaces — private, family, public, and group rooms
  3. Groups — relationship-first shared worlds
  4. Permissions — private · shared · family · group · public · unlisted · password
  5. Content objects — one item, many placements
  6. Themes — campfire, library, space, scrapbook…
  7. Sharing — invite links & QR payloads
  8. Auth — hashed sessions, CSRF, rate limits

Secure beta status

Objects, permissions, family invites, OS modules, themes, and admin audit are live. Large private media vaults need Cloudflare R2 (not enabled on this account yet) — use embeds/links for now.
